Mobile Doorman 3.3 features improved maintenance and messaging functionalities


The industry-leading creator of custom-branded apartment apps for multifamily communities across the United States unveiled today the latest advancement for its best-in-class proptech with the release of Mobile Doorman 3.3.

Interactive maintenance requests headline the updates featured in Mobile Doorman 3.3, enabling residents to view and comment on the status of their work orders within the app. Messaging functionality will also receive a refresh, allowing for on-site staff to proactively share featured property tiles and highlight deals at the building.

Interactive Maintenance Requests: Interested in the status of a maintenance requests? Forgot to mention there’s a second light not working in the unit? With Mobile Doorman 3.3, residents can interact with ongoing work orders to check on their progress or add additional details to a previously-submitted work order.

Messaging Cards: Based on partner feedback on Mobile Doorman 3.2, we’ve expanded the popular event cards messaging functionality, allowing for properties to share upcoming events with full detailed previews and RSVP functionality within a message.

Marketplace Message Cards: With Mobile Doorman 3.3, properties can directly message residents a featured deal using interactive deal cards. These Marketplace Message Cards also allow for residents to view additional information on the featured deal, and redeem a web-based deal from within their building app.

Property Tile Message Cards: Similar to the Marketplace Message Cards, onsite managers will now have the opportunity to promote specific property tiles, like following a building on social or other featured content tiles within the app.

Messaging Categories: Residents can now navigate their message log with ease. Organizing responses to your latest bulletin post? Look for those messages with an adjacent pin icon. Searching for the latest featured deals? Scroll to nearest shopping basket icon. It’s that easy!
