Mobile Doorman, the industry leading creator of custom branded apartment apps for multifamily communities across the United States, announced today that real estate veteran Walt Phelps will take over the role as new National Accounts Director for the company.

With more than 20 years of sales and business management experience, Phelps will take over day to day management of Mobile Doorman’s portfolio of nationwide partners as part of the new role. Before joining Mobile Doorman in 2017, Phelps held the role of President at the Atlanta based marketing and branding agency Koncept Design Studio.

“Walt has been an integral part of Mobile Doorman’s success over the past year,” said Larry Bellack, President of Mobile Doorman. “We’re thrilled to expand Walt’s role within our team to a national stage as our company continues to grow.”

As the company expands its reach across the country, Mobile Doorman will also be introducing Chicago based Nick Carmen, as the company’s new Director of Business Operations and Atlanta native Casey Smallwood, as Mobile Doorman’s Key Account Manager.

“I joined Mobile Doorman based on the promise of our product’s unique answer to a need in the multifamily industry," said Phelps. “I’m excited to capitalize on the growth we’ve charted these past two years, and to build a fruitful future for our Mobile Doorman partners across the country.”
