Feature allows buildings to push targeted surveys to residents' community apps
Mobile Doorman, the industry innovator of custom-branded apartment apps, today rolled out its all-new in-app Survey functionality, now available to all Mobile Doorman buildings via their resident's community apps.
Using the Mobile Doorman Surveys feature, building communities can receive candid feedback and answers to targeted questions from its residents, pushed directly to renters' phones. Building managers are able to create and fully-customize surveys via their Mobile Doorman dashboard.
Survey features include:
- Various question/answer formats, including open response fields, multiple choice, linear ranges and yes/no prompts
- Conditional questions based on previous answers
- Full access to resident response data via the Surveys dashboard
