Mobile Doorman is looking to add an experienced Ruby on Rails Engineer (3-15 years) to its expanding tech team based in the company’s Madison office. We run a lowercase-a agile shop and know that there’s much more to value about people than just how they write code. In particular, we value: 


Technical Skill: You are fluent in Ruby on Rails, paying special attention to approaching problems with both the back-end and corresponding front-end in mind.  

Teamwork: You are a go-to resource, always helping and engaged on Slack, Github, Basecamp.

Delivery: You consistently deliver the code you agreed to deliver within a specified period of time.

Ownership: You take ownership of your work even after it’s in production - noticing when something can be improved and addressing it with your team (taking care to document). 

Influence: You have good ideas for improving our processes and care about making everything (not just code) better. 

Learning/Growth: You continue to deepen your knowledge of Ruby on Rails and other stacks of interest.
