Responsibilities

  • Serve as a lead point for all client outreach
  • Facilitate product training sessions with new and current clients
  • Work closely with tech for client resolutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relations
  • Communicate with sales team on account status

Requirements

  • 2+ years Customer Service Experience (tech-related is a plus)
  • Property management experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects and maintain attention to detail
