We're looking for outstanding Customer Success Specialists to join our growing Customer Success team in creating long-term, trusting relationships with our clients, starting with implementation. This is an entry level position with exponential opportunity to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing product implementation for multiple clients at a time - from kick off, training, content customization, app building to launch 

  • Serve as a lead point for all client outreach during implementation

  • Facilitate product training sessions with new clients

  • Triaging technical issues related to implementations and providing actionable solutions

  • Build and maintain strong client relations

  • Communicate with sales team on account status

Requirements:

  • 2+ years Customer Service Experience (tech-related is a plus)

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Proven history managing timelines and competing priorities

  • Project management experience preferred

  • Property management experience preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

  • Positive attitude, with strong desire to grow and learn
