Account Manager (Chicago-based )

Mobile Doorman, the leading white-label app solution for the multifamily industry, is looking for an Account Manager to join our account management team in creating long-term, trusting relationships with our clients.

  • Serve as a lead point for all client outreach
  • Facilitate product training sessions with new and current clients
  • Work closely with tech for client resolutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relations
  • Communicate with sales team on account status


  • 2+ years Customer Service Experience (tech-related is a plus)
  • Property management experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects and maintain attention to detail

Senior Software Developer (Madison-based )

Mobile Doorman is expanding our tech team based in Madison, WI. We are hiring senior level engineers (5-15 years experience) across a variety of tech stacks, including iOS, Android, Ruby on Rails, DevOps, as well as generalists / polyglots.  We run a lowercase-a agile shop and we value the following six broad categories:

Technical Skill: You are fluent in your primary tech stack, paying special attention to approaching problems with both the back-end and corresponding front-end in mind.  

Teamwork: You are the go-to resource for help with in your primary stack, and you’re always helping and engaged on Slack, Github, Basecamp.

Delivery: You consistently deliver the code you agreed to deliver within a specified period of time.

Ownership: You take ownership of your work even after it’s in production - noticing when something can be improved and addressing it with your team (taking care to document). 

Influence: You are a subject matter expert in your stack, have good ideas for improving our processes, and care about making everything (not just code) better. 

Learning/Growth: You continue to deepen your knowledge of your primary stack.
