Business Development Manager (Chicago-based )


Mobile Doorman, the leading resident app solution for the multifamily industry, is looking for a Business Development Manager to develop long-term relationships with vendors who offer resident perks to people living in Mobile Doorman properties.

We are particularly interested in meeting people who are passionate about consultative sales, love the culture and energy of a start-up, and sincerely care about the happiness level of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop partnerships with vendors who offer goods and services to residents through our Marketplace program
  • Manage partnerships through the full partner lifecycle, including outreach, contracting, activation, and billing


Requirements

  • 3-7 years sales, partnerships, or customer service experience (consumer-tech and/or B2B relationship experience is a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions
  • Ability to juggle multiple B2B relationships and maintain attention to detail
