Mobile Doorman is available through MRI’s Partner Connect platform.
To add Mobile Doorman you need to submit a case through the myMRI Client Portal. When you submit this case please request access for Mobile Doorman for the following APIs:

How our integration with MRI works:
Resident data syncs twice a day so that our system has up-to-date information about which residents live at the property so they can access their property’s customized mobile app from Mobile Doorman.
Work orders submitted via the property’s customized mobile app from Mobile Doorman push into MRI in real time so the on-site staff can maintain existing workflows. When work orders are opened and closed in MRI, residents are notified automatically via the mobile app.
